December is finally here, and you know what that means! The weather gets cooler, everyone is making delicious hot chocolate, and most importantly, we are filled with holiday cheer! There are many special traditions, like decorating the Christmas tree, making delicious cookies, and so many more that we hold close to our hearts! This also means that we are bringing 2020 to a close and it's time that we reflect on this past year and decide what resolutions we can set for ourselves going into next year. Year 2020 has been full of surprises, and it's time that we close that chapter and prepare for something new!

As a brand this year, we have learned patience, overcome challenges, and embraced the unexpected. We really look forward to applying everything that we have learned into a New Year filled with many new opportunities. It's also important to note that although we have been able to maneuver through some obstacles, it does not mean that we are finished learning and growing.

We have a set of New Year's goals that we want to share with all our amazing Boss Babes. 

• Find the silver lining during times of adversity - we could not launch our main line (launch party was canceled, Fashion Week was canceled, etc) but we persevered and launched a capsule collection at the end of the year.
• Continue to be thankful- we deeply appreciate all the wonderful boss babes who have supported us through thick and thin by purchasing our items, giving us shout outs or just sending us encouraging words. Remember that even sharing our business with others is helpful!
• Lead by example- we are a small woman owned business, we have been supporting businesses like ours and will encourage our audience to do the same. Small businesses are the bread and butter of our communities. 

• Promote conscious and ethical fashion- we strive to work with sustainable materials, believe in slow fashion vs. fast fashion, and support quality over quantity.
